I am writing this letter to thank Ron Lee and his team of professionals for their assistance
with all of my properties over the years. I first leaned of The Renting Guide when I bought
my first investment property almost 10 years ago.
I was hesitant to get into real estate investing as I am a professional with a very busy
schedule. I was afraid I would not have time to find tenants, maintain the properties and
deal with everyday headaches of being a landlord. After my first experience, I was sold! Ron
and his team are always a phone call away and assisted me with everything. Then found the
tenant, they did up the lease and they dealt with any complaints from the tenant. I just
collected the rent!

Ronald Lee from the Renting Guide has been my property manager for the past 4 years.
